Our workshop is found at Plot Number 33 on Jubilee Mill Road, right in the Bardolpura area near the Dariapur Gate and Udyog Nagar. It is a part of the city that stays very busy with all the small industries and workshops around here. We have been working out of this space for a long time. The shop itself is usually filled with the sound of metal being worked on and the smell of oil. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few guys who know how to handle the machines and get things made. The floor is often covered in metal shavings and we spend a good bit of time cleaning up at the end of the day. It’s a practical place, not meant for showing off. We have some old benches and tools that have been with us since we started. Most people who come here are looking for specific parts or help with a mechanical problem. We don’t really do any advertising, as most folks around here just know us by word of mouth. The building is older and the roof gets a bit loud when it rains, but it keeps us dry. We just focus on the drawings and the metal in front of us. It is hard work and it can be tiring, but it is what we do every day. We usually keep some cold water ready for when a visitor drops in. It’s a messy job but we like it.
