You can find R D Engineer at plot number 5 in Vikram Park. We are situated right opposite the Bajrang Ashram, near National Highway 8 in the T. B. Nagar area of Ahmedabad. Being so close to the highway means we get a lot of movement and noise around here. It is a very industrial part of town, which suits the kind of engineering work we do every day. We have a decent-sized plot where we keep our machinery and all our raw materials. It is often dusty because of the road traffic and the nature of the work, but that is just how it goes. We are not interested in having a shiny office with fancy furniture. We care more about having the right lathe or welding machine for the job at hand. We have been here for years, and we have seen T. B. Nagar grow and change quite a bit around us. We handle a variety of engineering tasks for local factories and small shops. It is a lot of physical work and sometimes we stay late when a deadline is close. We do not have a marketing team or any brochures to give out. Our work is our main way of getting new customers. If we do a solid job, the word gets around the industrial estate pretty fast. We keep things simple and honest. We just show up every morning and get through the work that is waiting for us.
