Prism Science Institute

Prism Science Institute is located on the second floor of Oxford Tower on Gurukul Road in Memnagar. It’s a busy street in Ahmedabad, so there’s always something going on outside with the traffic and the shops. Up here on the second floor, though, we try to keep things quiet and focused. We mostly deal with science subjects, which can be pretty tough for a lot of students to grasp. We don't have a big mission statement or any corporate slogans. We just try to make sure that when a student leaves our doors, they know more than when they walked in. The classrooms are basic but they do the job just fine. We have enough space for everyone to spread out their books and papers. Teaching science takes a lot of patience, and we try to have plenty of that for every kid. We go through the theories and then look at the practical side of things. It’s not about memorizing everything for a test; it’s about actually getting how things work. We see a lot of students from the nearby schools around Memnagar. They come in with their heavy backpacks and their long lists of questions. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. We’re just a local institute helping out with science. The elevators in Oxford Tower can be a bit slow during peak hours, but the stairs are right there for anyone in a hurry. We've been here for a good while and the routine stays consistent.
