Pmc Projects (India) Pvt. Ltd. is in Ahmedabad, specifically in the Shivdhara Flats in Thaltej. We are in unit I-13. It’s more of a residential-feeling area which we prefer over a loud commercial complex. Being in a flat means things stay a bit more grounded. We have our files, some computers, and a small table where we meet people. Thaltej has changed a lot since we first set up here. It’s gotten much busier, but our little corner in the flats stays mostly the same. We handle different project details every day. It’s mostly technical stuff that takes up our time. We don't spend money on decorations or shiny office furniture because it doesn't really help the work get done. Usually, there’s a bit of a breeze if we leave the balcony door open, which is nice in the Gujarat heat. Getting to the office is easy enough since the road is well-connected to the rest of the city. People come to us when they have something specific that needs looking at. We don't have a big team of sales people or anything like that. It’s just the core group who knows how to get things done. We take our lunch breaks together most of the time in the small kitchen area. It’s a simple routine that has worked for us for years. We just focus on the drawings and the numbers without making a big fuss about it. That’s how we’ve always operated here in Ahmedabad, keeping things simple and direct for everyone.
