We are set up at Harivila Flat, units 21 and 22, over in the Parshvanath Township area of New Naroda. It is a residential part of Ahmedabad, so it feels more like a neighborhood than a big business district. We deal with various products for the home. Most of what we do involves managing the inventory that comes in and out of the flats. It is a bit crowded inside because we have boxes stacked up in almost every corner. We started doing this because there was a need for these types of items in the Krishnanagar area. It is not a big showroom with bright lights. Usually, it is just a couple of us moving things around or checking the lists to see what needs to go out next. The address can be a little tricky to find if you aren't familiar with the township layout, but once you see the Harivila building, you are basically there. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers or making sure the deliveries are on time. It is a small operation, really. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few people who live nearby and help out with the daily tasks. We try to keep things organized, though it gets a little messy when a new shipment arrives. It is just a local business trying to stay on top of things. We have been at this for a few years and the neighbors are used to seeing the delivery trucks now.
