Orion Appliances Pvt. Ltd. is located right on India Colony Road in Bapunagar. We have two units, 103 and 104, inside the Yogeshwar Krupa Apartments. It is a very busy spot because we are right opposite the New Kankadia Hospital. There is always a lot of movement outside, with people coming and going from the hospital and traffic moving toward the main Bapunagar markets. Our space is filled with all sorts of home appliances and spare parts. It’s not a fancy showroom with bright spotlights; it’s more of a working office and storage area where things actually get done. We spend a lot of time talking to customers who need something fixed or are looking for a new stove or fridge. The floor is usually covered with boxes and the walls have shelves full of tools and manuals. It can get a bit loud with the street noise, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been in this part of Ahmedabad for a long time and the neighbors know us well. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, the appliances, and the people who walk through the door looking for help with their home gear. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a machine can be fixed, we tell them, and if it's junk, we say that too. It’s a busy, dusty, and honest way to make a living in a hardworking neighborhood.
