We are located at 23, Ramrath Industrial Estate. It’s right on CTM Road, near Rashtrabharti School. You can usually hear the school bell ringing if the wind is blowing the right way. We handle various home appliances here. The warehouse is stacked high with boxes of spare parts and older models we use for components. It’s a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy showroom with bright lights. Most of our space is used for repairs and storage. The floor is stained with various oils and cleaners. It’s just me and a couple of assistants most days. We spend a lot of time bent over a workbench with a screwdriver in hand. It’s quiet work, except for the occasional sound of a motor being tested. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and picks it up. CTM Road is always busy with traffic, so it’s never truly silent. We’ve been in this industrial estate for several years now. We know the other business owners nearby. We often trade tools or help each other out when someone is short-handed. We aren't a big chain store. We are just a local shop that fixes what’s broken. It’s honest work and it pays the bills. That’s enough for us. We just keep our heads down and finish the repairs.
