People know us at 1353 Pan Mandi. It’s a busy spot in Sadar Bazar. If you’ve been here, you know how it is—crowded, noisy, and always something moving. We’ve been at this for a while now, dealing with all sorts of appliances. It’s not a fancy office or anything. Most days we are just moving boxes around or talking to folks who come in from the street. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s when things actually slow down for ten minutes. We don’t do big speeches or fancy ads. We just show up, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic because the lane is so narrow, but we manage. Most of our time is spent checking stock or making sure the deliveries get out on time. It is a lot of work keeping track of everything in this space. We know the neighbors well, and everyone kind of looks out for each other in this part of Sadar. It’s just how things are done here. There are piles of folders on the desk and the phone rings more than it should, but that’s a good sign usually. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure the appliances get to where they need to go. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning until late evening.
