Star Kitchenware Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 626/2 in Phase IV of Gidc Naroda. If you’ve ever been to GIDC, you know it’s an industrial world. There’s dust in the air and the sound of machines everywhere. Plot 626/2 is a decent-sized space, but it’s mostly filled with whatever we are working on at the time. Naroda is a tough, hardworking area. It’s not where you go for a quiet walk. We spend our days surrounded by concrete and the sound of traffic. The office part is just a small corner of the plot, really. Most of the action happens out on the main floor. We’ve been here since Phase IV was a lot quieter than it is now. Now, there are trucks lined up all along the road every morning. It gets loud and the sun beats down on the corrugated roofs, making it pretty warm inside by noon. We have a small staff and we’ve all been together for a long time. We eat lunch together and complain about the heat or the latest road repairs. Our place isn't about fancy brochures or big meetings. It’s about the daily grind in GIDC. We keep the place running and make sure the gate is locked at night. It’s honest work in a busy part of Ahmedabad. You get used to the noise after a while. It’s just how we live and work here.
