We've been running Parth Engineers And Water Proofing Solutions out of our spot in Patel Super Market for a good while now. Being right on Station Road means it’s always busy outside, and we see a lot of people coming through with the same old problem: water getting where it shouldn't. Usually, it’s a terrace leak or a bathroom wall that started peeling because someone didn't seal it right years ago. We spend most of our time looking at cracks and figuring out which chemical or coating is going to actually hold up against the rain. It’s not fancy work. You get dirty, your hands get stained with bitumen or whatever sealant we’re using that day, and the sun hits hard when you’re up on a roof at Plot No A2/11. People just want their houses dry. We don’t do big presentations. You tell us where the damp is, we take a look, and then we get the buckets and brushes out. Sometimes the traffic on Station Road makes it hard to get the trucks in and out, but we manage. Most days it’s just us talking to neighbors or trying to explain why a quick patch won't work on a big crack. It’s just how things go here. We keep the shop open, handle the paperwork in the back, and try to get to the next site before the clouds get too dark. That’s pretty much the daily routine for us at the market.
