Paresh Stores is located right at 3046, Ratanpole in Ahmedabad. We are situated right opposite Nagina Ple, which is a spot most locals in the 380001 area know very well. Ratanpole is a very crowded and narrow place, but it has a lot of history and character. Our store is right in the middle of all that daily bustle. We sell a variety of goods, mostly things that people need for their daily routines and household tasks. It's the kind of shop where things are stacked high on the shelves and you might have to ask us exactly where something is because there is just so much stuff everywhere. We've been here for a long time, watching the city grow and change all around us. Ahmedabad is a busy place, but Ratanpole has its own specific rhythm. We open up when the market starts to wake up and we don't leave until the last customer has gone home. It’s not a fancy boutique with a lot of space; it’s just a practical store for people who are already out shopping in the market for their families. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on selling our stock and being helpful when someone can't find a specific item. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cramped, but that’s just the way it is in this neighborhood. We are used to the noise and the people. It works for us and we'll keep at it.
