Our location is very easy to describe to anyone because we are directly opposite the Jamalpur Pagathiya Bus Stand. You just look for the bus stand and we are right there across the way. It is a very lively area with people constantly getting on and off buses. There is a lot of shouting and the sound of engines all through the day. We don't have a fancy shopfront or a big glass entrance, just a regular door that stays open. Inside, it’s just the basic things we need to do our daily work. Being in Jamalpur means we see a lot of the local life up close. The streets are narrow and busy around here. We have been here for a good while and the neighbors all know us by name. It gets quite crowded during the peak hours when the buses are lined up. Sometimes we just sit outside on a stool when it is quiet and watch the world go by.
