You can find us at E-1 Kadambari Apartment, which is tucked behind the Star Bazar in the Satellite area. We are also quite close to the TV9 office and Jivraj Park. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a typical workplace at all. We have converted part of the space to handle all our fabrics and the dyeing process. Usually, there are piles of cloth sitting around in different stages of being worked on. The smells of the dyes and the materials are always present in the air. Because we are in an apartment, it is a bit quiet compared to the main road, but we still hear the city noise from behind the building. We don't have a shop front with big glass windows. People mostly come to see us because they know the address or someone told them where we are. Our workspace is filled with colorful threads and different patterns that we keep track of on wooden racks. It is a small family-run kind of thing where everyone pitches in with the packing and the folding. Sometimes the living room gets completely taken over by new stock arriving from the printers. We spend a lot of time sitting on the floor or at small tables working on the details. It is not a polished showroom, just a place where the work happens every day between the kitchen and the balcony.
