Ok Hair Art

Ok Hair Art is at Shop No. 10/B in Kailashnath Society. We are right on Bhairavnath Road in Maninagar East. It is very easy to find because we are directly opposite the BRTS bus stand. You can see people waiting for the bus through our front door. It is a lively spot. The shop itself is pretty basic. We have a few chairs and the usual tools. I chose the name because it’s simple. People get off the bus, realize they need a haircut, and just walk in. The society around here is quite old, so we know most of the families living in the blocks behind the shop. It gets a bit dusty with the buses constantly stopping and starting outside. We keep the door mostly shut when the weather is bad. It’s a man’s world here mostly, just quick shaves and hair trims. We don't have air conditioning, just some good fans that keep the air moving on hot days. Sometimes we have a little tea party when things are slow in the afternoon. It is just a small local business trying to provide a necessary service for the people traveling through or living in Maninagar. Nothing more to it than that. We usually take a break in the mid-afternoon when the heat is at its worst and then work until late evening.
