Inspire Engineers

We are Inspire Engineers, and we work out of Shed No. 61 in the Bansari Estate. This is in the G.I.D.C. Odhav area, not too far from the Odhav Police Station. Having the police station nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us. The estate is quite crowded with different workshops and small factories. Our shed is just like the others, a bit worn on the outside but full of activity on the inside. We spend our hours engineering things. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a few of us making sure the jobs get done right. The floor is usually oily, and the benches are cluttered with parts. It’s a real working environment. We don’t have time for polished presentations or fancy mission statements. We just look at the blueprints or the parts and get to work. Some days the heat in Odhav is pretty intense, and we just keep the big fans running. It’s a simple life. We like being in the G.I.D.C. because everything we need is close by. If we need a specific bolt or a piece of steel, someone down the road probably has it. It’s a community of workers. We’ve been part of this for a while. Inspire Engineers is just a small piece of the puzzle here in Bansari Estate. We just keep our heads down and work. There is always a pot of tea brewing somewhere in the back.
