New Look The Family Salon

New Look The Family Salon is tucked away in Shop A-47 at Sahyog Complex. We are right in Ghatlodia, which is a part of Ahmedabad that always feels like it’s moving fast. Being right opposite Allahabad Bank means there’s always someone looking for parking or walking by. Prabhat Chowk is just around the corner, so it gets quite loud with all the rickshaws and horns. Inside the shop, things are a bit calmer. We have the usual setup with the chairs and the various bottles on the counters. It’s a family place, so we get everyone from little kids who can't sit still to the grandfathers who have been coming to this area for decades. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. Sahyog Complex is one of those older buildings where everyone knows each other. I usually grab a tea from the stall nearby in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. We don't do anything too complicated here, just the regular cuts and shaves. Most days are steady, and we just keep the door open to let a bit of air in when it’s not too hot outside. It’s a practical little shop and we like being part of the Ghatlodia neighborhood. If you’re coming from the bank side, just cross the street and you’ll see our sign among the others. We have been here for a good number of years now and don't plan on moving.
