You can find us at Door No:- E-20/21 in Gandhipark, which is just near Virat Nagar. We do engineering work here, specifically focusing on getting metal into the right shapes for different projects. The shop floor is usually pretty dusty and the machines make a lot of noise from the moment we turn them on in the morning. Being in Ahmedabad, the heat in the afternoon can get really heavy, so we have these big fans going all the time to keep the air moving. It is definitely not a polished corporate office. There are metal scraps in the corners and the floor has some oil stains, but that is just what happens when you are actually making things. The guys who work here have been doing this for a long time and they know the machines inside out. We spend a lot of our day checking measurements and making sure nothing is off. It is hard on the hands and you get dirty pretty fast. We are just a local engineering shop trying to keep up with the work that comes in from other businesses around here. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch of parts, and other times we just close up and head home when the power goes out. There is a lot of industry in this area, so you always hear the sound of other factories nearby. It is just a regular life of making things.
