Kanti Fashion

We operate Kanti Fashion from a spot on Vatva Turning Road in Narolgam, Ahmedabad. We are situated right across from the New Gujarat Weigh Bridge and very close to Gopi Synthetics. This part of Ahmedabad is known for its industry and textiles, and we are right in the middle of it. Our day-to-day involves a lot of fabric, patterns, and sewing. It’s a bit of a contrast to the heavy trucks and the weigh bridge outside, but we’ve made our space here. The shop is usually full of rolls of cloth and finished pieces waiting to be sent out. We don’t have a big fancy showroom with mannequins in the window. Most of our work is done on the tables in the back. It’s a family-run kind of thing, where everyone chips in with the cutting or the packing. We’ve been here long enough to know the rhythms of the industrial estate. When the shift changes at the nearby factories, the road gets incredibly crowded. We just keep our heads down and focus on the garments we are making. We aren't trying to be a high-end fashion house. We just make clothes that people can actually use. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the floor is always covered in thread, but it’s a place that feels like home to us. We’re just regular people trying to make a decent product.
