N Top Family Salon

N Top Family Salon is located at C 1 on the first floor of Radhey Mall. This is in the Maninagar East area of Ahmedabad, very close to Khokhra Circle. We decided to set up in the mall because it’s a place where whole families come anyway. We get all kinds of customers, from young kids getting their first haircut to older folks who have lived in Maninagar their whole lives. The mall can get pretty busy, especially on the weekends or during holidays, but our corner on the first floor stays fairly manageable. We have separate sections for different services. It’s not a very big shop, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into the space. We don't have a polished corporate look. The walls have some posters and we have the usual salon chairs and mirrors. Most of our staff live nearby and have been with us for a long time. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. People just see us when they are walking through the mall. We like the vibe of Maninagar East. It feels like a real community where people know each other. Sometimes we just sit and have tea when the shop is quiet. We just aim to do a proper job so that the locals keep coming back to us whenever they need a trim or a shave.
