M/S Mukul Sheth & Ace Designers

This is another one of our spots, located at B/15 Aadeshwar Flat. It’s over in the Ankur area of Ahmedabad, specifically near the Ankur Jain Derasar. Having a place here is convenient for us and the people we work with. The office is pretty basic. It’s just a flat where we’ve set up some tables and cupboards for our design work. M/S Mukul Sheth & Ace Designers isn’t a big company with fancy receptionists. Usually, you’ll just walk in and find one of us hunched over a drawing or talking on the phone with a supplier. The area around the Derasar is usually busy, but inside it’s quiet enough to get some work done. We deal with a lot of different projects, some big and some quite small. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so we’ve seen how styles have changed in Ahmedabad. We don’t use a lot of complicated jargon when we talk to people. We just try to explain what will work in their space and what won’t. It’s practical work. Sometimes the humidity makes the paper curl, or the power goes out for an hour, but we just keep going. It’s a modest setup and we like it that way. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office; we just want to get the designs right so the work can actually start.
