Mott Macdonald

We are set up in F 304 of the Samrajya Co Op Housing Society. It's right opposite the Manav Mandir and behind R3 The Mall on Drive In Road. This is a very busy part of Ahmedabad. You can hear the noise from the mall and the traffic on the main road all day long. The society itself is a bit older, so the building has that lived-in feel. Being on the third floor is okay, though the stairs can be tiring when the lift isn't working right. Mott Macdonald is just one of many small offices and homes in this complex. Our space is filled with old cupboards and a few rows of tables. It isn't very spacious, but we make it work by staying organized with our paperwork. We usually go over to the mall area if we need a quick lunch or a change of scenery. The vibe here is very local. You see people coming and going from the housing society all the time. It doesn't feel like a corporate park. It feels like a neighborhood. We have a small balcony where we keep some plants, but they struggle a bit in the Ahmedabad heat. We don't use any fancy language here. We just come in, do what needs to be done for the day, and then head out into the traffic. It’s a busy, noisy, but very real place to work.
