Our office for Mott Macdonald Pvt Ltd is at 202 Sarathi Apt in the Ambawadi area of Ahmedabad. We've been in this part of Gujarat for a good while. It's an apartment that we use for our operations, so it feels a bit more personal than a giant skyscraper. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing here. We are just a group of people who are good at engineering and project management. We come in, have our tea, and get to work on whatever is on the schedule. Sometimes the projects are big and sometimes they are small, but we treat them all about the same. We don't have any grand statements to make about what we do. We just provide a service and try to be helpful. The neighborhood is nice and we've got some good places to eat nearby. Most of our talk in the office is about technical details or just regular daily stuff. We don't use fancy jargon if we can help it. It's better to just speak plainly so everyone knows what's going on. We are just a local branch doing our bit in Ahmedabad. There is nothing more complicated to it than that. We just keep moving forward with our daily tasks and try to make sure everything is handled properly. It's a decent way to spend the work week and keep things grounded in reality. We just handle the engineering stuff as it comes through the door.
