Motif Engineers Pvt. Ltd.

Our place, Motif Engineers Pvt. Ltd., is out on Plot No. 390 along Road No. 9 in the G.I.D.C. area of Kathwada. It is an industrial spot, so there is always a lot of noise and activity nearby. We spend most of our time out on the floor or working through technical drawings. Being an engineering firm, the work is mostly about getting the specs right and making sure the machines are doing what they should. It is not always clean work; there is usually some grease or metal shavings around, but that is part of the job. We have been at this location for a bit, and we have grown used to the rhythm of the industrial estate. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. We don't spend much on decorating the front office because the real work happens in the back. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought, and other times we finish up ahead of time. That's just how it goes with engineering. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand. If you are driving down Road No. 9, you will see our sign. It is a practical setup we have here. We deal with a lot of different parts and materials throughout the week. It’s just us doing what we know how to do best.
