Moon Touch Beauty Care is at Shop No 137 in Sahajanand Avenue. We are on the road that leads to the Swaminarayan Museum in Naranpura, which is near the AEC office. It’s a decent sized shop for this area. We’ve been here since the building was first put up. The front is all glass, so we get a lot of light during the day. In the summer, it can get a bit warm inside, so we have some thick curtains we pull across. We do all sorts of hair and skin treatments for women. Our staff has been the same for a long time now, so they know the regular customers quite well. It’s a busy street outside with lots of cars going to the museum, so sometimes parking your scooter can be a bit tricky. We don't have any fancy music systems, just a small radio that we keep on a low volume. We try to keep the place smelling like jasmine incense because it’s relaxing. The floor is white tile, so we have to sweep it a lot to keep it looking okay. We don't have a website or a social media page. We just rely on the people who walk past or live in the nearby apartments. It’s a practical place where you get what you ask for. We try to keep our prices where they are so people can afford to come regularly. It’s just a normal business in a busy part of Ahmedabad, and we are happy to be here.
