You can find Monopole Hair Art & Beauty Parlour at shop number 47 on the ground floor of the Ajanta Commercial Centre. We are right on Ashram Road, which is one of the busiest streets you’ll find. Our shop is directly opposite Vidhyapith College, so we see hundreds of students walking by every day. Garg Book Library is also nearby, so it’s a very academic part of the city. We’ve been in this commercial center for quite some time now. The building is older, and our shop has that lived-in feeling. It’s not a place where you’ll find luxury, but it’s reliable. We have separate sections for different things, but everything is a bit cramped because space is hard to come by on Ashram Road. The noise from the traffic outside is constant, with buses and rickshaws always honking. We get a lot of college kids looking for cheap haircuts and also some of the office workers from the nearby buildings. We don't spend much on advertising because the location does the work for us. People just see the sign while they are waiting for the bus or walking to the library. The interior is simple, with some old chairs and big mirrors. We just focus on getting through the day and making sure people leave looking a bit better than when they walked in. It is a long day from morning to evening, but the students keep us busy with their new styles.
