Our shop is over on Rakhial Road. We are on the ground floor of Pushp Kunj Complex, at shop sixteen. It is pretty easy to find us because we are right opposite the Jain Temple. It is a nice area, and being near the temple means it is a bit calmer than some other parts of the city. We also have the Vivekanad Complex close by. We have been operating this hair shop for a good number of years. It is a basic place with the usual chairs and mirrors. We do not go in for anything too modern or fancy. People come here because they know they can get a decent haircut without any trouble. We get a lot of regulars from the surrounding blocks. It is a place where you can just sit down and not worry about much for a while. We keep our tools clean and the floor swept as much as we can. Sometimes we have two or three people waiting on the bench, so we chat about the news or what is happening in Rakhial. The shop is our second home, really. We spend most of our hours here from dawn to dusk. It is not a big corporate business, just a local spot where we know the people. We try to make sure everyone leaves looking a bit better than when they walked in. That is about it for us.
