Modi Bipincchandra

My name is Modi Bipincchandra. I run things from my place at B/9 in the Pushpavatika Row House section of Olpad. It’s located right behind the Nutan Row House area, which can sometimes make it a little tricky for people to find the first time they visit. It’s a residential-style setup, which I prefer because it feels more relaxed than a cold office building. Olpad is a bit quieter than the main city center, and I like that pace of life. The row house has enough space for me to keep my supplies and have a small area for meetings. It’s not professional in the sense of being glossy or high-tech; it’s more like a home office that grew a bit too big. I’ve lived around here for years, so I know the local shops and the people on the street. Usually, I work throughout the day and take a break in the afternoon when it gets hot. There isn't any fancy signage, just a small board. I think people appreciate that we aren't trying to be something we're not. We just do our daily tasks and handle whatever comes our way. It's a simple way to live and work. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear the birds in the morning. It’s a decent place to be.
