Milkmax Engineers

We started Milkmax Engineers a while back and have been operating out of the second floor at Shankar Parvati Chambers on Dhole Patil Road since then. Most days it’s just us handling the engineering work and keeping things moving. We deal with various machines and technical setups that involve dairy processes, though the workload varies from week to week. Some people find the office at 203 a bit tucked away, but it works for what we do. We spent a lot of time learning the ropes of this trade. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought it would because a part doesn’t arrive or something breaks down unexpectedly. We just try to fix it and move on to the next thing. Being in the Dhole Patil Road area is convenient for getting around the city when we have to visit sites or pick up supplies. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know how the machinery is supposed to run. We’ve had some long days here in the office, especially when deadlines get tight. It’s quiet mostly, until the phones start ringing. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit out there. We just want to get the engineering right so the equipment doesn't fail. If you’re ever around the chambers, you might see us coming and going with toolkits or blueprints. It’s a decent place to work.
