Metro Hair & Care

Metro Hair & Care is situated at Shop No-15 in the Sidheshwar Complex. We are right on the 100 Ft Road in Nikol. If you live in this part of Ahmedabad, you know how busy this road can get. There is always traffic and people moving about. Our shop is just one of the many businesses along this stretch. We have a simple setup inside with the standard equipment you’d expect. We spend most of our hours standing by the chairs. It is honest work and it keeps us busy. We see a lot of different people because of the main road. Some are just passing through and need a quick tidy-up, while others are neighbors who have been coming to us since we first opened. We don't use any complicated language to talk about what we do. We just cut hair. The shop gets a lot of light during the day from the front window, which is nice for working. We have a routine of cleaning up and setting out our combs every morning before the first customer arrives. Sometimes the tea stall nearby brings us a cup when we have a small break. It is a basic life but we are satisfied with it. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure everyone who walks in leaves looking a bit better. We like being part of the Nikol community.
