Our shop is right on the ground floor on Amraiwadi Road. We’re in Shop No. Gf, right near the Police Line in Amraiwadi. It’s a solid location because everyone knows where the police station is. Ahmedabad is a big city, but this little patch of Amraiwadi feels like its own world sometimes. We’ve got the usual setup here. Nothing too modern, just the stuff we need to get through the day. We get a lot of guys from the neighborhood stopping by. Some of them have been coming here since they were kids. It’s nice to see families grow up like that. The road outside can get pretty dusty and loud with all the rickshaws passing by. We keep the fans going to stay cool. It’s a simple life, really. We don’t have a website or any of those things. People just see the sign and come in. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry too much about the rest. The shop is a place where people can just sit for a bit and forget about the bustle outside. We keep our tools sharp and our towels clean. That’s about as much as we worry about. It’s been our home for a long time and we don’t plan on going anywhere. It’s just how we live and how we spend our time every day of the week.
