Manmohan Besan Mill Private Limited

We run a besan mill in the Sabarmati area of Ahmedabad. Our location is 1035 Mahalaxmi Society, which is near the Astmangal building. It’s an old-school kind of place. We spend our days grinding chana into flour. The machines are pretty loud, and there is always a layer of dust on everything, no matter how much we sweep. It’s just the nature of the work. We aren't some high-tech firm. We are a mill that’s been around for a bit. There are a few of us here who handle the heavy lifting and the machinery. It is hard physical work, and we are usually pretty tired by the end of the shift. We don't have a fancy office or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll likely find us covered in flour and busy with a batch. We don't use any promotional language or try to sound better than we are. We just produce besan and sell it to whoever needs it. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing them. It’s just part of the routine. We like being in Sabarmati, it’s a good community. We just keep doing what we know how to do, day after day, without any fuss.
