Mahavir Ice Cream

Our shop is right near the Ramol Police Station on the CMT Road. If you live in Janta Nagar, you've probably walked past us a dozen times. We've been in this spot for years, serving up scoops to whoever stops by. It’s a busy road, so there’s always noise from the traffic and people shouting. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, though the hum of the freezers is always there in the background. We don't have a huge variety, but we have the flavors that people around here actually like. My father started this place, and I’ve been working here since I was a teenager. We see the same faces every week, which is one of the best things about being a local business. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to hurry to make sure the ice cream doesn't get soft. That’s always a stressful hour or two. We keep the place clean, but it's an old building, so it has its quirks. The floor is slightly uneven in one corner, and the door squeaks if you don't pull it just right. We don’t mind, though. It’s home to us. Most evenings, we have a small crowd standing out front, chatting and eating. We don't put on any acts or try to be something we aren't. We're just Mahavir Ice Cream, doing the same thing we've done since the beginning, and we plan to stay right here.
