Magna Corp. is located over in Chembur, specifically at 2/3 Krishna Baug on R.C. Marg. If you know the area, you know it’s a mix of everything. We’ve got a small space here where we handle our daily operations. It’s not a huge setup, just enough room for the team and the equipment we need. Chembur has a specific feel to it, and we’ve fit right in over the years. We aren't interested in being some high-rise corporation. We like being on the ground level where things happen. The traffic on R.C. Marg can be a nightmare sometimes, but that’s just part of living and working in Mumbai. Inside the office, it’s usually pretty quiet unless we’re having a disagreement about a project. We keep things simple. No fancy coffee machines or lounge areas, just desks and work. We’ve been at Krishna Baug long enough that the postman doesn't even have to look at the address anymore. Most of our work comes from people we’ve known for a decade. We don't do much in the way of sales pitches. If someone needs something done, they call us, and we see if we can help. It’s a very direct way of doing business. We appreciate the regulars who keep us going. It's just a regular office doing regular work every day. There is always someone here during business hours to answer the phone.
