Our Vadodara base is located at D-78 in Rajdeep Society. It’s right on the Gorwa Refinery Road, not too far from the Jalanand township. Being near the refinery road means there’s always a lot of heavy traffic and industrial activity around us. The society itself is a bit quieter, which gives us some breathing room. We use this space for the Larsen Toubro Oman Llc local needs. It’s basically a house that we’ve repurposed into an office. There’s a small yard in front where we park a few bikes. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks and cupboards full of project files. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to people over in Oman. It’s a lot of coordination work. The smell of the nearby industry is something you just get used to after a week. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together in what used to be the dining room. It’s a very informal atmosphere. No one wears a tie here. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just take a break until it comes back on. It’s a practical, no-nonsense place to work. We like being close to the township because it makes things convenient for the staff living nearby. It’s a good spot for us and we’ve been here for years.
