Larsen Toubro Ltd

We are based at 3/287 Muruganpathi Street in Rajapalayam. It's a nice spot in Tamil Nadu. Our office is where we handle the local side of things for Larsen Toubro Ltd. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we’re there at our desks. The street can be a bit quiet or noisy depending on the time of day, but we like it. We have a small group of people working here. Most of us have been with the company for a few years. We know the routine. We deal with the paperwork and the logistics that come our way. Rajapalayam is a good town to work in. People are friendly and we feel like part of the neighborhood. We don’t try to make our work sound more complicated than it is. We just take care of the tasks that come in. 626 102 is our little corner of India. We drink a lot of coffee and talk about what needs to be finished before the day ends. It’s a very practical way of doing things. No one here is trying to be a corporate hero. We just want to do a solid day’s work and head home to our families. It’s a regular office for Larsen Toubro Ltd and it works for us. We've seen a lot of people come and go, but the core group stays the same year after year.
