Larsen Toubro Ltd

Our office in Baroda is over at Shubh Complex, near the Abhilasha Cross Road. It’s on the second floor, room 203. New Sama Road is usually quite lively, so there’s always a lot of movement outside. We’ve got a small group of people here working for Larsen Toubro Ltd, mostly focusing on the local administrative stuff and keeping track of the field workers. The complex itself has a lot of other businesses, so you see different people in the hallways all the time. Our office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few filing cabinets, and a computer that’s a bit slow. We don’t mind it much. It’s a place where we can sit down and get our thoughts together. There’s a nice breeze sometimes if we leave the window open, though it brings in the road noise. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive rugs. We use that space for stacks of paper and project files instead. Most of the people who come here are workers or delivery folks, so we don't need to put on a show. We focus on the daily grind. It’s about making sure the schedules are met and the supplies arrive where they’re supposed to go. It’s an ordinary office in an ordinary building, and that’s perfectly fine for what we do.
