Larsen & Toubro Ltd.

We are based at 147, Tapovan Soc, Part-2, which is just off Anil Road in the Saraspur area of Ahmedabad. It is a bit of a mix of regular houses and small businesses around here. Our office for Larsen & Toubro Ltd. is right in the middle of that neighborhood. The society is usually pretty quiet, though you hear the usual sounds of the street during the day. We have been here for a long time, so the neighbors are used to us by now. It is a very straightforward setup inside the office, nothing too special to look at. We have our desks, some chairs for people to sit on, and plenty of box files stacked up against the walls. Saraspur is a very grounded place, and we try to keep our office feeling exactly the same way. We do not use any fancy words or try to act like we are better than any of the other businesses on Anil Road. Most of our days are spent on the phone or checking through piles of supplies. Sometimes the internet slows down or we run out of pens, but we just deal with those things as they happen. It feels more like a small community than a large company office. We know the local guys who deliver the mail and the shops down the street. It is just how we do things in Gujarat. We focus on our daily tasks.
