Larsen & Toubro Ltd

Our place is in the Sarvodaya Society, right near Jawahar Chowk in the Maninagar area. Ahmedabad is a fast city, but Maninagar has its own rhythm. Here at Larsen & Toubro Ltd, we have got a small setup in house A-12. It is a bit different working out of a society instead of a big office block, but it makes things feel a bit more personal. You see the same faces every day, from the local shopkeepers to the people living next door. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. Usually, the day starts with opening up the windows to let some air in before it gets too hot. We handle a lot of the local coordination from here. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. Sometimes the traffic around Jawahar Chowk gets a bit crazy, especially in the evenings, but that is just life here. We aren't trying to be something we are not. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in a quiet corner of the city. We keep the place tidy, but it definitely looks like a working office with papers and files everywhere. If you ever need to find us, just ask someone near the society gate; they usually know where A-12 is. We are just here doing our bit every day. There is no corporate polish here, just people getting things done as they come.
