Lakhi Salon

Lakhi Salon is over at number 33 in Vraj Vihar 3. We are right by Jodhpur Char Rasta in Ahmedabad. If you know the area, we are opposite Ashoknagar and quite close to the Prernatirth Derasar. It is a good spot because there are always people moving around the crossroads. The salon itself is just a regular room where we spend our days. We have been here for a good amount of time, seeing the neighborhood change around us. The chairs are the old-fashioned kind that are really sturdy. We keep our towels stacked and our sprays ready. It gets quite bright in the shop during the afternoons when the sun hits the windows. Most of the people who come in are locals from the nearby apartments or people heading home from work. We don't do anything too complicated, just the standard services people need to keep themselves looking decent for their daily lives. It is a small team here, and we mostly just talk about the weather or local news while we work. The sound of the street is always in the background, which is something we have gotten used to. We like being part of the Jodhpur Char Rasta community. It feels like home after all these years. If you are passing by Ashoknagar and need a trim, you can find us easily enough near the Derasar. We just keep our heads down and do the work we know how to do.
