Krishna Beauty Parlour And Spa is situated in the Uttar Gujarat Patel Society Part -1, right in the Asarwa area. It is a quiet residential spot near Babupura, tucked behind the Vishwa Vidhyalay School. Because we are inside a society, the atmosphere is much calmer than the main roads of Ahmedabad. You can often hear the school bell ringing or children playing during their break time. The shop is at number 52, and it has a small area for the spa treatments and a couple of stations for regular parlor work like facials or hair cuts. I try to keep the place smelling nice, usually with some jasmine or sandalwood spray. The walls have a few simple decorations, and the furniture is comfortable but nothing overly modern. Most of our visitors are ladies from the Patel society or the nearby blocks who just walk over in their house slippers. It feels more like visiting a neighbor’s house than a formal business. I usually have a helper with me on busy days to help with the cleaning and the laundry for the towels. We spend a lot of time folding sheets and making sure the massage oil bottles are wiped down. It is a steady life here in Asarwa, and while it gets tiring by the evening, seeing the familiar faces of the local residents makes the work feel quite normal and grounded.
