We are located over at Lotus Residency in the Paldi area. If you know where the Congress Bhavan is, we are right near there in units C 401 and 402. It’s a decent spot for Kausery Milk N Food Products Llp to be based. Being in a residential building like this means we see a lot of the same faces every day. It feels more like a community than a cold business district. We started this because we saw a need for reliable food and milk products in the neighborhood. Every day starts early for us because that’s when the deliveries usually happen. The office isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking lists. Things can get a bit hectic in the afternoons when the traffic picks up outside on the main Paldi roads. We try to keep things simple here. No one wears a suit, and we usually just drink a lot of tea while we sort out the orders. Sometimes there’s a delay or a small mix-up with a supplier, but we just fix it and move on. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We like being part of the Kocharab area. It’s got a lot of history and it’s a good place to run a small company like ours. We just do our bit and go home without needing any special praise.
