Shree Ganeshay Engineering

Our workshop is located at 22 Span Industrial Estate, right on Road No. 15 in the Kathwada Gidc area. It is a very busy part of the industrial zone, which I actually quite like. Shree Ganeshay Engineering is where we spend the bulk of our time every single day. The Gidc area always has a lot of noise and trucks moving around, so it feels like things are happening. We have got our machines set up inside and we just get to work on whatever is scheduled. It is a basic setup, nothing flashy or over the top. We mainly deal with metal work and making parts that other businesses need for their own machines. I still remember when we first moved into this unit; it felt way bigger than it does now that we have all this equipment taking up space. We try to keep things as tidy as possible, but it is an engineering shop, so there is always going to be some grease and metal shavings on the floor. Road No. 15 is pretty easy to find if you know your way around Kathwada. Most days we are just busy cutting or measuring stuff. We do not have a receptionist sitting at a desk. If the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands on a rag and picks it up. It is honest, hard work. Sometimes we stay late when a big job needs finishing.
