Kathiyawad Ice Cream

We have been at 43 Karnavati Industrial Estate for a while now. It is right there on the Odhav Ring Road, close to the Royal Restaurant 1. Most people find us because they are already in the Odhav area for work or running errands. It is a busy spot but we like it here. We mainly focus on making ice cream for the local folks. It is not a fancy place, just a regular shop where we get things done. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded on the weekends when families come by, but we try to keep up. The industrial estate has a lot of noise from the trucks, but inside the shop, it is just about the freezers and the cold treats. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know the recipes and how to handle the machines. People around here know the address well. If you are driving down the ring road, you probably see our sign. We keep our hours pretty regular so folks know when to stop in. There is not much to say about our history other than we started small and stayed local. We do not do much advertising because word of mouth usually works for us in this part of town. It is a simple setup. We spend most of our time checking the temperature of the batches and making sure the supplies are coming in on time from the local vendors. Just a normal business trying to do its part in the neighborhood.
