Our office is on the 4th floor of the Krishnadham Apartment in Bapunagar. It’s right behind the Swaminarayan Temple, which is a big landmark around here in Ahmedabad. Being on the 4th floor means we have to take the stairs or the lift quite a bit, but it’s a decent spot. We do engineering project work. It involves a lot of drawings and technical stuff that can get a bit complicated sometimes. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team of engineers and helpers trying to get the jobs finished. The office is usually filled with rolls of paper and some old computers. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls. We just focus on the math and the plans. Ahmedabad is a good place for engineering because there’s always something being built. We try to keep up with the pace. Sometimes we work late when a deadline is coming up, but that’s just the nature of the work. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just build things and fix things. It’s practical work. If you come by, you’ll probably see us hunched over a desk or talking about a site. It’s just how we operate, and we've been doing it like this for a good while now.
