Kalpna Beauty Parlour And Classes

Our place is tucked away in Anandnagar, over in New Vadaj. It is a bit of a residential feel here at H 59/704, right behind Akhbarnagar. I have been running Kalpna Beauty Parlour And Classes for a good number of years now. Besides just doing hair and face work, we also spend a lot of time teaching. We have these classes where local girls come to learn how to do basic parlour work so they can maybe start their own thing one day. It gets a bit lively when the students are here practicing. The shop isn't massive but we make the most of the space we have in Ahmedabad. We handle all the usual things like waxing and hair styling. It’s a very local vibe, where everyone knows everyone else’s name. Sometimes we are just chatting while we work. It’s not one of those silent, cold salons you see in malls. We are just behind the main Akhbarnagar area which makes it easy to find if you know the neighborhood. We keep the equipment simple and clean. My goal was always just to have a steady place to work and maybe help some others learn the trade. We don't use any big fancy words for what we do. It’s just honest work day in and day out. Most of our students live nearby in New Vadaj. We just keep doing what we know how to do best and hope the people are happy with it.
