We’re located at 7 Samarthya Bunglow, which is right across from the Zebar International School. It’s near the Copper Stone building, so it’s not too hard to find if you know the landmarks. We aren't in a typical industrial shed, which is a bit different for an engineering firm. It feels a bit more like a home office setup, but we have plenty of space for our desks and equipment. We spend our days dealing with engineering designs and various project requirements. There’s usually a lot of coffee going around to keep everyone sharp. The school nearby means there’s a lot of traffic in the mornings and afternoons when the kids are being dropped off or picked up. We’ve gotten used to the noise. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve known each other for years. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy. If something needs doing, whoever is free just grabs it and starts working. We try to keep a relaxed environment because the work itself can be quite stressful with all the deadlines and technical details. We just keep doing what we do. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the big factories, but we like it this way. It gives us the room to concentrate on the drawings and calculations without too many interruptions from the outside world.
