K K Gruh Udhyog

Our small setup is tucked away in Bapu Nagar. It’s a quiet enough area, right near Hardas Nagar. K K Gruh Udhyog is basically a home-style operation where a few of us get together to prepare everything. It started out small and stayed that way because we like being able to see what’s happening with every batch. There isn't a big factory floor or anything, just a few rooms where we do the sorting and the packing. Most days it smells like whatever we are cooking that morning. The neighbors know us well since we've been here for a good amount of time. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when the raw materials arrive and we have to move stuff around to make space. We don’t have fancy signs out front, just the house and the work we do inside. It’s simple work, really. We spend a lot of time sitting and cleaning things by hand because that’s the way it was always done. The rain can be a bit of a problem because the street gets muddy, but we manage. We aren’t looking to grow into a massive company or anything like that. We just want to keep making things the way people like them. If you come by Bapu Nagar, you'll see us. It’s just a normal house where work happens every day. It's a bit noisy when the grinders are on, but otherwise, it's pretty peaceful. We usually close up when the sun goes down.
