You can find us at 9, Aman-E-Gulistan Soc, which is near Memon Hall on Sarkhej Road. We are based in the Maktampura Post area of Ahmedabad. It is a busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside our windows. The building isn't very new, but it works for us. Inside, it's just a regular office setup with the basics. We spend most of our time at our desks. There is a lot of activity in this part of the city. We have some regular people who stop by now and then. The postman knows us well since we get a fair amount of mail at this address. Sometimes we lose track of time because there is always something to do. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first got here, but we are still in the same spot. It's not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we manage our operations. We have a small area for files and a couple of computers that have seen better days. Every morning starts with opening the shutters and getting the lights on. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the windows shut to try and stay cool. We are just a group of people working together at Jyoti Ltd. Nothing more to it than that. We usually grab some snacks from the nearby vendors when the afternoon slump hits. It is a simple life here.
