Juniour Engineer

We’ve been tucked away here at 3097/1 in Vanmali Vanka’s Pole for a while now. Shahpur is a busy part of Ahmedabad, and our little spot is right in the middle of all that noise and energy. Most days, you’ll find us surrounded by drawings and bits of machinery because that is just what we do. It isn’t a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is a working space where things actually get done. We started this because there was a need for someone who understands the local way of working. Being in Gujarat, everyone knows that business is about showing up and doing the job right. Sometimes the tea runs out or the power flickers, but we keep going. The neighbors know us, and we know them. It is a tight street, so getting stuff in and out takes some patience. We don’t have a big team of suits. It is just a few of us who know how to handle engineering problems without making a big fuss about it. If you walk past the pole, you might hear us arguing over a measurement or just laughing over lunch. It’s a practical life here. We don’t try to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the tasks on the desk and try to finish them before the day ends. That is basically the whole story of this place.
