We are on the first floor of the Shukan Complex, Shop No. 4. It’s on Anand Party Plot Road in Ranip. Most people find us by looking for the Arya Villa across the street. Being on the first floor means it’s a little quieter than being right on the pavement. We get a mix of families coming in since we are in a residential part of Ahmedabad. It’s a family-run kind of place, and we treat it that way. We aren't interested in being a big chain or anything like that. We just want to provide a place in Ranip where people can come and feel at home. The shop has enough room for a few people at a time. We keep the equipment in good shape and make sure the floor is swept. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours. We talk to the neighbors and the other shop owners in Shukan Complex. We’ve been here through the hot summers and the rainy seasons. The view from the window is just the road and the houses, but it’s a view we know well. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just rely on people telling their friends about us. That seems to work well enough. We just keep doing what we know how to do, day after day. It’s a living and we’re happy with it.
